The FedEx digital experience services a complex set of personas, each with unique requirements. With over 4000 pages of legacy content, they needed to better serve their customers online. We led FedEx through a strategic journey of analysis and user segmentation to create an elegant user experience and content strategy for all customers.
User Journey Analysis
The FedEx website primarily serves small-to-medium enterprises as a mission-critical service. Those SME’s bring a diverse customer base who are also regularly using the FedEx site. We collaborated with FedEx to create concise profiles and user goals, then prioritize user journeys to ensure success.
Adobe Experience Manager Migration Strategy
We worked closely with FedEx’s marketing, SEO, technology and international counterparts to craft the end solution, delivering more than 400 designs, templates and concepts. The new experience considers globally established FedEx brand guidelines and was designed specifically to leverage AEM’s scalability.
Thanks to the redesign and strategic recommendations Konrad made over the duration of the project, the new site is simple, easy to use, and is helping customers find what they need faster than ever before. There has been a significant lift in customer satisfaction and site traffic across the most important pages, earning over 12 million unique annual visitors.
